The Grainé LLC is family owned and locally owned. We take on everything from a single door to a whole-home renovation, for homeowners, investors, landlords, bars and commercial clients.
The name is deliberate. Grain is what you see when the work is done right, and it is the first thing that gives away a rushed cut or a board that should not have been used.
How We Work
The owner runs the job, not just the estimate.
We specialize in windows and doors, framing, interior and exterior painting, trim and finish work, remodeling and full-service carpentry. The person who walks your site and writes your scope is the same person on the job while it is being built, so the answer to a question about a rafter tail comes from someone who has seen it.
We work with homeowners, investors, landlords, bars and commercial clients, taking projects from concept through completion. High-end renovations and carefully planned upgrades both get the same attention: quality craftsmanship, competitive pricing, and a personal relationship from start to finish.

Most weeks our trucks are between Ponte Vedra and Atlantic Beach. Working the same few square miles is how we know what salt air does to a header on Third Street and what it does to one a mile inland.
